Established in 1996 in Perth, Western Australia, URB has built a reputation as professional horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and confined space boring contractors.

With an initial focus on utility installation in the greater Perth Metro area, URB has grown in both capacity and capability to offer a range of drilling and boring techniques to install utility conduits under roads, driveways and under existing structures.
